Denise Gonzales has been appointed to the new position of director of reservations for the 12,000-seat Toyota Arena in Ontario, California, ASM Global announced Monday.
Gonzales is leaving ArenaNetwork, where she was director of reservations and entertainment. Prior to that, she spent eight years at Live Nation, where she began her career as a booking intern.
“We are pleased to welcome Denise to Ontario and look forward to her expertise in managing our entertainment schedule. Michael Krouse, regional vice president of ASM Global, said in a statement announcing the hiring of Gonzales. “His extensive experience and contacts in the entertainment industry, in addition to his knowledge of our Southern California region, will ensure that we will continue and exceed our customers’ expectations for a full schedule of concerts, family shows and sports competitions. “
While at Live Nation, Gonzales was a booking assistant for House of Blues West Hollywood and Anaheim, and touring project manager shortly thereafter. She has managed event bookings in musical genres such as rock, pop, hip-hop, metal, punk rock, emo, Latin, country and J-Rock, as well as non-traditional and non-musical events.
She went to ArenaNetwork in 2017, where she delivered more content to member arenas across the country.
